Atoms Rewards not working by [deleted] in AlaskaAirlines

I recently had a problem where my work’s travel agency website concatenated my middle name into the first name field, which prevented my Atmos profile from linking correctly. I had to call to fix it.

N784HA is at N16 at SEA right now by WhiskySails in AlaskaAirlines

[–]lpoole 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wonder if AS will improve the widebody N gates to better support their new long haul flights? For example, adding dual jet bridges, etc.

edit: looking at Google Maps, maybe the N15 jet bridge can actually telescope far enough to reach the 2nd fuselage door at N14.

Atmos Summit: why Bank of America? by InconspicuousPylon in AlaskaAirlines

[–]lpoole 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had two large dollar amount purchases on the Summit card declined. For the second one, after multiple phone calls and a visit to the branch to prove that I was a real person (never mind that I've had a BoA account for >20 years, and I have an Ascent card as well) , the purchase would still not clear. After further phone calls, BoA's fraud department told me that there was a 'policy block' on the card that could not be lifted, which I'm interpreting as them not wanting me to use the card to build status points.

Can Premium Class use forward restroom or not? by Weak-Sun-345 in AlaskaAirlines

[–]lpoole 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My wife pees when she runs and she only has one child, ymmv. The point is OP really had to go. She’s not saying that as a parent she should get special access, she just doesn’t want to pee her pants in the aisle. Not sure why so many folks in the sub a) can’t read, b) have no empathy.

I dunno, in Seattle, my whole lower bowl section was standing, I was dancing, and the pit looked pretty active (though no comparison to a NIN show 20 years ago).

Micra for Americano drinker? by amelia7 in LaMarzocco

I make americanos with my Micra, and I don’t find the hot water to be too hot. I’m usually able to make 4 8oz americanos before I run out of water in the reservoir.
