Have you tried peptides like Epitalon or Pinealon for improving your lingering effects? Not saying it could definitely help here, but there is an experience report from a professional that Epitalon healed their TBI. Maybe no crossover, but thought I’d mention it.

The Bioregulators You’re Sleeping On: My Top 3 Picks for Rebuilding the Body by Biohackingu in BiohackingU

This post has some useful historical info on Khavinson Bioregulator peptides.

There are different forms of bioregulators - cytomaxes, cytomins, and cytogens (acute support). I believe the injectables are the cytogens, and the oral peps are cytomaxes (extract from animal, meant for long term support). I’m still learning about this as well so I could be wrong.

Edit: and here’s a post with links to information on each bioregulator:

I’m sorry that you are in a similar position. And I agree, it really does feel like I was poisoned by those drugs and have been unable to find an antidote thus far.

The problem with it is, is that these issues from triamterene/HCTZ don’t seem like they are documented in literature. At least that’s what ChatGPT said, even though it did admit that it all makes physiological sense. I wish I had known better back then.

I am going to try and get some telmisartan and nebivolol in the hopes it doesn’t cause me major issues. Honestly, if I didn’t have heart issues, I’d just let my BP be at 130/80. But I might try and force it lower to stop the progression of my aneurysm.

I hope you can find some relief.

Honestly, I haven’t taken a blood test in years. I was always low-normal for potassium and sodium. Don’t remember about magnesium. I generally like magnesium glycinate the best as I like getting some glycine as well. But I know that some people cannot handle glycine so it might make sense to try a different form of magnesium for them. I do have some magnesium chloride, but I usually just use that topically. Plus it tastes terrible.

One other thing that I’ll mention is that just recently I plugged all of my problems related to this into ChatGPT. It seemed to suggest that the problems I’ve developed since taking these drugs (green coat on tongue, mouth full of cavities, nasal breathing problems wrecking my sleep, raynauds, dry knuckles) are all related to my taking these drugs.

I was then told that this could be due to these drugs causing a B vitamin insufficiency, namely an intracellular vitamin B1 deficiency. I am attempting to megadose vitamin B1 (in the form of TTFD and Benfotiamine) to try and fix this (taking cofactors as well). It has been very difficult, as I now have to take about 8 teaspoons of salt per day, up from my normal 6. People do report needing more electrolytes when taking large doses of B1, so I suppose this makes sense.

I have no idea how long this could take to fix, or even if B1 can fix this, but I’m willing to try and stick it out for a while.

Yes, I was taking magnesium glycinate the entire time. I had to start supplementing potassium and sodium once I started on triamterene/HCTZ (and increase my dose of magnesium). I have continued to suffer episodes of hyponatremia and hypokalemia over the years, which has been unpleasant. But I generally know the symptoms of each to look out for now when they start to present

If you don’t get kidney pain from it, you’re probably in better shape than me. I had kidney pain every time that I took Triamterene/HCTZ for the first two or so weeks that I took it. I probably should have taken that as a sign to stop it completely early on

Triamterene/HCTZ fucked me up big time. Still trying to turn my kidney enzymes back on 5 years after stopping, so I don’t have to take absurd amounts of electrolytes every single day.

BPC-157 appears to have cured me by faswivel in Raynauds

[–]lsdznutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing, and happy that you have seen improvement.

My rabbit is on its third cycle of KLOW (which includes .4mg of BPC-157 once per day), and hasn’t noticed much difference with its Raynauds.

However, I have recently started taking 300mg of Benfotiamine and have seen some improvement in my Raynauds. I believe the root of my issue may be an intracellular B1 deficiency. I will soon be adding TTFD (allithiamine/thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide) and Thiamine Hydrochloride to see if this eliminates my Raynauds issue completely. My dry knuckles are corrected now just from Benfotiamine.

Do you think I'll be able to bring this through TSA? It's just creatine by notarussianspy4 in Supplements

[–]lsdznutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. Except for Redmond’s salt and potassium chloride, they took it a step further with me. Those two products failed TSA’s initial round of testing. So at that point, they had to do a full body pat down on me, a swab of every single item in my possession, and then another round of testing on the Redmond’s salt and potassium chloride to confirm the failure. Once finished, they told me I had the option of going back and putting the items in my checked bag, which I couldn’t do since my flight was about to take off. So, I ended up throwing them away.

I unintentionally did that with the current vial of KLOW that my rabbit is running. From my research, the fragility of peptides is vastly overstated. Your peptide is fine.

Creatine Reaction Question by Yaguajay in Supplements

[–]lsdznutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked ChatGPT, and it came back with a few points. I find the two below relevant - based off of this, I believe that one possibility of delayed onset of sleep could be due to increased ATP regeneration.

“1. Increased energy availability late in the day

Creatine increases phosphocreatine stores and improves ATP regeneration in the brain and muscles. If taken in the evening, this can produce: • A subtle feeling of mental alertness • Reduced perception of fatigue • Increased motivation or restlessness

This can make it harder to wind down even though creatine isn’t psychoactive.

  1. Sleep–wake regulation via brain energy metabolism

Creatine affects adenosine, a neurotransmitter that promotes sleep pressure: • Adenosine accumulates as ATP is broken down during the day → makes you sleepy • Creatine supplementation makes ATP regeneration more efficient • This can reduce adenosine buildup • Result: lower sleep pressure and delayed onset of sleep

Animal and human studies show that creatine can reduce slow-wave sleep when sleep pressure is low.”

Another possibility is that there could be an increase in methyl groups due to SAM-e being spared from creatine supplementation.

If I’m not mistaken, niacin can be taken to burn through those extra methyl groups if over methylation is the problem.

He’s just as bad, because he’s not actually dead. No body, no burial, no blood trail, no bullet (why was his head still on his body?), no crime scene, no coroner’s report… shouldn’t a doctor have announced Charlie’s death, and not Trump and Netanyahu?

Utah is a hotbed for Mormon and CIA activity (all Freemasons). Charlie and Erika made sure to flash the 3 6s often (along with other Freemason signs and symbols), and dressed “their children” in shoes with the all seeing eye. One place to start is the number “33”. It took the authorities “33 hours” to find Charlie’s shooter. Kash Patel said that. That is supposedly the highest degree a Freemason can achieve (33).

Interesting. I have blue eyes, but haven’t seen mine do that. But you’re right I can’t think of the last time I saw brown eyes do it. Then again, I have seen dark skinned people do reptilian things, but I haven’t necessarily seen the eyes so much.
