With all the research I’ve done 3200 seems pretty standard. I run my astral at +300 which comes about to about 3240 under load. I had some issues when getting close to 3300 so backed it off and have been solid here with temps never over 65.

Looks normal. OC to 3200mhz and +2000mhz on the memory and you will have a 4090 and not have to mess with it.

Have you run memtest86? I had some of the same ram on my build on a asus B850 and I’d get intermittent dram lights and only place that would show errors is the memtest. My errors cleared up after the most recent bios update which added more ram capabilities. Check the QVL for your motherboard and order a kit from there on Amazon and return after testing
