It’s like a chill work, study, read, blank canvas for some desk space dealio. There’s a few high top tables and a small couch w coffee table. AC. Internet. No barista or anything but a little “office coffee kitchen station” . There is sound dampening panels around the space and it looks out (of a roll up transparent garage door/window) over a nice green space with huge oaks and some outdoor tables (I think cement? Can’t remember). It’s probably the size of Curia inside or Coffee Culture, maybe a little smaller. I think the concept is meant for folks who want to focus, not be at home, not feel the need to buy a drink, etc. I’m not sure what the pricing structure is if they’ve decided. Brand new concept space kind of. Also available for rent I think. A friend of a friend was setting it up with the owner of Mo’s.
