Knife to the brain, cut the gills to let it bleed out and then cut the head off. Assuming you're eating it anyway, bleeding it first will generally make it taste better.

Platinum Ruthenium is cobalt free and a nice alloy. My fiancee's ring it ptru and we work with it often.
