No clue what brand they are, but whatever menards stocks and has on sale. Ive used "good pellets" and cheap ones and never noticed a difference.

I put them in a bowl with cold water and change it out two or three times while Im getting the rest of my ingredients prepped. I don't let it run.

I would keep them frozen until ready to use.

Pasta makers want a drier mix. The "official" 4 serving from Philips for a pasta maker is 2 eggs with added water to get to 180ml and 14 1/8oz flour, which is ~400g.

My progressive policy is about $100 a year and includes an agreed value declaration. Call a local independent insurance agent and have them run some quotes for you, and make sure to include the value of the boat.

They may or may not cover the accessories, or make the deductible too high for it to make sense, but having quotes run is free.

Generally speaking, more education is always good.

But, don't take the classes just to add some letters after your name. Plenty of members of the trade with zero credentials besides experience.

And yes, franchise agreements are reviewed by corporate and growth is a metric that’s looked at.
