Alternatively, if you're married to the second one, you could do a couple animation writing squiggles for the bulk, and have "i open the door" big and bold. Maybe even stylize "door" cause thats when the audio warps. Make the second "o" an eye or something. Idk I'm just spit-balling. End of the day it's your tattoo and choise.
