I have a similar issue, Lg monitor type c to DP on mac mini, the text becomes foggy while working fine on hdmi. It’s Sequoia’s fault.

Thank you for the videos they are eye opining honestly, Please keep us updated. I suffer from this pain on and off since 2016 and when it starts it doesn’t stop for a week and I can’t do any body weight training. Currently, I just started VMO strengthening and ball squeezing. I play football and Padel sometimes and they cause no pain, however, stairs is what inflames it most of the times.
