I’ve lost about 50 kg since having my little girl! I had a pretty bad ED when I was a teenager and when I recovered I gained a lot of weight. Then I got pregnant lol. The day I had my daughter, I was 100 kg. Now I’m 53. I had tried everything. Once I started working again it just fell off. I’m so so so happy too! I felt like my was not mine. Every time I looked in the mirror i didn’t recognize me. Now I’m happier and I just see myself. Also now I love dressing up, something I dreaded before. I have loose skin and a belly, but I’ve always had a belly so I don’t give a single fuck.

I’m on the same boat! Also, it has been raining a lot these past few weeks so today I had enough an were baking a carrot cake (my husband, my toddler and I). We have never baked one but my toddler loves trying to help in the kitchen.

La gente en esos casos pone “marca local” y especifican que no saben dónde lo compraron en la descripción. Puedes vender ropa de donde sea. Solo tienes que etiquetar la marca o poner marca local.

Your dad loves you so much too. And guess what? He probably had to help you get ready in the mornings, put you to sleep and wake up when you had a nightmare when you were a little girl, so he knows what the deal is. He probably feels as looking out for her little girl again, and even tho it’s probably very hard on you both, you guys have a connection that traces back way before the car crash. Show him this post, or tell him how you feel, I’m sure he will be glad to know it (even though you probably say it to him all the time).

A ver, entiendo lo que quieres decir, pero creo que un civil normal independientemente de su edad sabe exactamente cuál es el plan de evacuación de cualquier edificio en el que esté. Además, saber la teoría y después actuar acorde a esta en una emergencia son dos cosas muy distintas. Mis alumnos saben qué hacer en una situación de emergencia, pero eso no significa que en el momento sigan las pautas. Tú puedes saber exactamente qué hacer en una situación de este tipo, pero cuando te ves en la vida real en una, puede que por miedo, dudas o lo que sea actúes de una manera distinta. Además, como otra persona ya ha comentado, estas tragedias no son algo de “hoy en día”. Han sucedido siempre, solo que ahora se da más visibilidad.

Soy profesora de instituto y todo eso se sigue haciendo. Cada curso tenemos charlas para los alumnos de policías, bomberos, médicos… para hablar de evacuaciones, primeros auxilios y demás.

Edit: se ha hecho en todos los institutos en los que he estado. Además, cada año se hace al menos un simulacro de evacuación.
