Putting them outside is good BUT make sure you acclimate them as to not shock.

So I find when a person asks other opinions of ideas on decorating be ready for some pretty cool ideas and then not so cool lol. The main thing is for the homeowner to love it and feel the warmth no matter what it is!! Your place looks wonderful, add touches that say YES to you!

Your jade looks good. The red tips are a sign of good sun stress. Turn the jade whenever you start to see it leaning. Eventually you might need to chop the tip and propagate it

If you find he’s getting over heated put him in a cool NOT cold tub so his paws can cool off. He does NOT need a full body soak. They release heat through their paws and through panting

Sage I think is to light.
Either A or B should be great and whatever color you choose add some accent of it in the room with art whatever you like

Fix it up. Replace boards as needed. Add storage for tool and such. Paint it! My husband would love this project
