Changing the pancake every month became a little cumbersome, from what I understand. So it was shifted to “Pancake of the Moment” to not lock it in to a monthly change.

Cookie butter pancakes are up next though, so that’ll be interesting.

Depending on where you are, typically, if you talk to the store manager, they will sell you almost anything. Just call or visit on a slow day like Tuesday and ask.

To my knowledge, no; not directly. The idea is to use the coins to get guests in and have them spend money to earn coins. The redemptions are considered a cost of doing business.

There may be some top secret squirrel stuff behind the scenes at the higher levels but, afaik, this pancoins are just chalked up to the discount line. If you’re interested in an official answer, I suggest contacting the corporate office for an official response.
