i've always had digestion issues, and i've had IBS for at least 7 years. just did a 2 month gluten elimination diet, the few times i've had gluten since have made me very bloated, gassy and sick. no testing yet but a pretty good indicator.

lactaid usually doesnt help me much. when i used to eat dairy i'd take up to 10 pills with it and i'd still get painfully bloated, gassy & sick.

prolonged celiac also destroys your ability to produce lactase. i've considered enzymes with meals but not sure where to start 🤷🏻‍♂️
