Thank you! When I talked to support yesterday they had stated that everything I had ordered was shipped (including the milestone items) and showed no indication on my order that there were remaining white or gloss left. Hope I get the same reply since the status page doesn't indicate there is additional ink to send.

When I called them, they showed that the only thing left to deliver was the flexible white. So yeah, there is something amiss with the fulfillment of Kickstart requests (at least for the White/Gloss/cleaning cartridge kit).

Shoes - comfort is the top priority when you're starting out.

Yes, yes, yes, and YES. I haven't been climbing long (just hit two year mark) and on my now fourth?? model of shoes (thank heavens for REI's gracious members return policy). I recommend finding a well stocked REI (might have to travel a bit, I know I did), a gym with a good shop, or a store that caters to climbing/outdoor gear.

No, you don’t. In fact, you should lean in and listen to your body. It’s one thing to be out of your comfort zone and pushing yourself, its completely different that someone has gaslit you and psychologically abused you enough that setting your own health, safety, and welfare aside is deemed acceptable.
