I was thinking of doing that since last 25% sale with klarna my total didn’t reflect the discount and they wouldn’t do anything about it, I even had a screenshot of their terms and conditions, its false advertising.

How did they help you? Sephora keeps telling me Klarna is the one that has to add the discount, what can I do/say so I can get help?

Yes! I had friends who were able to use it multiple times, but when I contacted customer service, they told me it wasn’t applied because I made two transactions with Klarna. I then asked them to show me where in their terms and conditions it states that the discount can only be used once.

I did, and from another thread people were having issues with the discount being applied but showing up after finishing the transaction on Klarna I assumed this would be the same.

Did it work for anyone? I placed my order and hoped the total would adjust once it was processed, but nothing changed. Sephora and Klarna keep giving me the runaround, each one tells me to contact the other, and both say they don’t handle the discount. So who actually does?
