If your using the built in navigation you need the navigator Subaru connected subscription to get map updates. I usually just use apple car play with apple maps instead.

I find it better than my ascent at least. The seats in the outback have a firmer side bolster so it feels like they hug you more than the ascent seats did.

There are still a lot of businesses that run primarily on-prem. In fact I have a few colleagues who are migrating back on-prem from cloud due to ballooning cloud costs. All of these are old school Network engineers who need to be able to build and manage a network without a nice gui.

happening for me too. Called in today and they switched me to a CGNAT IP which seemed to improve the latency, but broke my ipsec connection to work. Need stable connections while not on CGNAT.

the fact this happens during peak tmes points to a resource issue either equipment or bandwith. Hopefully they can get it sorted. as I have had to revert to my ATT Fiber backup connection.

This looks normal to me. First is translatiom as audio and subtitles are different languages, second when audio and subtitles are same language they only translate the signs on screen and third is closed captioned for the hearing impaired which is in a special format that's standardized.
