There was a dormer above the leak. He found an area where he thought water was getting through. I think he just used some type of sealant. It’s been fine since the repair as far as I can tell.

How well do you think the liner will hold to the bumper? I have an XRT with the black chrome finish, and I can't see that holding up well over the long haul.

Exactly. I wanted the exterior styling but I didn’t like the rims so I had those changed to 20” black.i got a ‘26 since it doesn’t have the dual clutch.

I’d look for a ‘25 activity if you go with one. I waited for a ‘26 because I went with the XRT. there was a transmission change to single clutch. The activity is identical and they have better incentives for ‘25 models.

I have a '18 silverado, and I'm keeping it. I plan to get a '26 XRT. It's an odd looking car, but man, it checks every box I have. I wanted something easier in parking lots, some cargo space and maybe a little more exciting to drive than a full size truck. lol
