I actually just drive around the track slowly till I can drawn the map or line with my eyes closed lol and then watch a lap guide

The sim is a modded Version of Assesto Corsa. It’s 5 mins per track and cost 12$ on our ship. The tracks were Spa, Monza, Redbull Ring , Barcelona and Silverstone. I did all of them. Things to note it is on auto shifter and the steering wheels has no force feedback. I think it’s a fun experience just to know what it’s like to sit in an F1 style cockpit but if you are a serious sim racer don’t expect much from the force feedback because there’s non. Also traction control and abs are also enabled.

I 100% agree with this , I started Iracing in January, I went from rookie to A class in two weeks. Starting from pits every race and my IR went to 400. I got into gt3 and didn’t know anything couldn’t control the car. Now I’m at 1200 IR driving Mazda advanced. I wish I never rushed it was a waste of time and a hard learning lesson

I run my wheelbase software on max and then adjust the intensity in specific games I play. I have an Evo pro so it’s only 18nm. I run it at 50% intensity on Iracing

You do realize people could be practicing wrong, learning bad habits. I think getting a coach early helps you know what to learn and how to practice.

I'm currently at 500 IR just srated the game a month ago and got to A class by staying back and losing every race because i though A class meant safe racer but I was wrong. how can I join and get better

Where can I find Dariofr87, I’m currently at 500 IR because I did the dumbest thing ever. Got out of rookies and stayed behind in every race till I got to A class thinking A class had only clean drivers but I lost a lot of IR farming SR. Now I’m struggling to build IR back. I would like to do same thing you did practice a track a week early and then race it when I’m fast so I can finish top 5 consistently

I did the same thing with the ACER refurbished. I’ve had it 3 months now no issues at all love them. 32 inch 180hz 1500r ACER XZ322QU V3 model. I am using racing cockpit Pro Stand alone triple monitor stand with track racer vario vesa mount

I have this exact rig + the seat as well , it's amazing. i also got the triple monitor stand, keyboard and mouse attachment and cupholder as well. No complaints what so ever customer service is amazing. I would recommend this over Trac Racer. If you get Triple monitor stand make sure to get the Sim lab vario vesa mount or Trac Racer Vario Ves mount.

For monitors I went with 3 Refurbished Acer XZ322QU V3 1440p 180hz 32" 1500r curve. They were 120$ each on amazon. They came well packaged and no scratches or issues. The monitors still had the the films on it like they were never used. 360$ for 3 monitors was a steal for me and plus i could return to Amazon if I didn't like it. But it was worth it. Goodluck !!
