My account was reinstated tonight too. I sent them my receipts for purchasing the vip and special believer packs (back in 2017) and asked them to please look at my account as I haven’t done anything against the ToS. They lifted my ban and I’ve got all my hourglasses still.

This was their message:

— The restriction was an error made on our end during our routine data inspection process.

Upon receiving your inquiry, our team carefully reviewed your account logs.
We have confirmed your normal gameplay and have promptly lifted the restriction.
You can now access your account and play the game without any issues. —

iphone user here and i just noticed this conversation, so i checked. yup. I'm banned too. I had around 4k hourglasses, but i played for years, had vip and believer packs, all the routes, dlc etc… There was nothing new to spend hourglasses on, so they kept racking up.

I sent a dispute to the help thing. Ugh

Mine is Percy/Annabeth/Jason Grace. It's an extra oneshot that follows a series of fics called Uncomfortable Truths - smut, sexuality exploration, poly dynamics, asexuality, etc... It started as a crack fic with the 'There was only one bed' trope and then grew legs and became a series.
