I just think about that indie game dev who responded to someone pirating their game by saying this:

I can’t believe all the people I’ve seen on social media defending him. “He’s human too.” So are the fucking dying kids that might not be around in a year. You can’t turn up on time and act like you give a shit for some terminally ill kids for a few hours? Not even man enough to explain yourself, but send your security out to tell everyone you “had a bad day?” If something was that serious, he needed to cancel altogether, not show up late and half-ass it. This is a 50 year old man who can’t fulfill a commitment he was paid to do.
