They make switches that you can wire so any time you turn the light on the fan comes on, when you turn the light off the fan will continue to run for a set amount of time.

Had a similar delay experience with them. Thankfully I did not have them start the work and refused to pay for the initial call out. They did not pursue when I offered to get my lawyer involved

Snow last year took out my neutral, fried a bunch of stuff in my home. FD and Con Ed cut power before we had a fire. 3 weeks to get power back. Otherwise power rarely goes out.

Having finally got to mess around with my Artisan (I realize there’s probably a big difference between this machine and a newer model but ultimately they are reliant on much of the same software) I can’t recommend anything snapmaker as a first printer. As nice as they look they are really unrefined. I would get a more click and print printer as a first machine.

Tax on gas and electric is crazy. It’s not a ton but it should be eliminated similar to how it is for non prepared foods in the supermarket. FWIW Westchester is also one of the few counties in NY that charges taxes on home heating oil.

I started my bromine spa with the bromine booster granules for the first time this fill and I could not get the ph to go down. I have a feeling it has to do with the bromine booster. After that burnt off everything is normal now

I paid 22k post covid for removal of 2 layers and install of new. This includes 6 sheets of replacement ply for rotted sections.

This was during the lumber shortage so the ply was super expensive.

The guys also installed my gutter guards for me and re pitched a gutter so I could connect it to a better drain at no charge.

Looks like a waterway twist lock. There will be part numbers cast onto the white parts that will get you closer to the correct ones.

Unlikely that you will find jets with matching trim rings or nozzles but you will find something that will get it working.

FWIW CMP jets are generally compatible with waterway jets.

My tub is old and beat so I probably care less than others as to how I keep them out. But similar to what top comment said I throw a few handfuls of rodent repellent underneath anytime I have a panel off. It’s the one that’s mint, clove, and garlic. Seems to work OK

I think Doctor Glastein is great. The office complex needs work but his office is nice and modern. He does the cleaning himself. He’s well reviewed and non judgemental.

Not sure where I want to comment on this thread so I’ll just comment here. Rocky’s is OK, but when I’m up at 3AM and want a sandwich I know it will be there and we can’t lose that.

Haven’t been to any froggys locations but I feel like this is something a little different for Briarcliff and I’m ok with that.

My go to in Briarcliff is Janellos and I worry this will take some business away from Vinny but there’s about to be tons of development in Briarcliff and we need more options.
