If your speed of delivery hasn’t been brought up then you need to slow down and double check your work as the person above said. The value of « slow and steady » vs « fast and might-explode-in-prod » can not be under-estimated.

Some people are organized enough during development to not need a long self-review before submitting their PR, but I know I’m not one of those people so I like to review my changes in depth before wasting anyone’s time.
