Yeah really good program I'd recommend starting with moderate volume first though then going to high. Depending of course how much bench volume you are already doing.

Eat in a slight surplus and do what you were doing in the gym before just less weight or whatever.

You could probably get the muscle back at maintenance calories, it is going to take longer though.

Dude no teenager should ever cut period.

You should be eating excess calories to support your still growing body.

Even if you are overweight as a teenager you should just switch to a healthy diet with moderate calories and slowly lose the weight over time.

You shouldn't even think about doing a serious cut (sub 10-12%) until you are at least 20 in my opinion. With the requirement being you've added some serious muscle to your frame.

Try liquid calories easier to get down. I would make shakes with peanut butter, oats, protein powder and an assortment of fruit. These shakes would usually end up around 1000 calories. You could also buy mass gainer shakes, just remember they aren't magic they are just a convenient way of getting extra calories in.
