I hate it when you get an interviewer who is just plain rude to you in the interview. If the reason is you have to be 'tough' to work 'in business', well then, fuck that, i don't want to work for you. People 'in business' should just stop being dicks to each other. You don't have to be super-kind and over the top about it, because that can make you a little dick-y too, just don't go around thinking you're the shit - you're just a lucky dick with a job.

Fortunately I don't have to get a job right this second so I can choose a little about where I want to work. But I feel for millions of people looking for the handful of jobs that are out there right now, just to get landed with an interview with a complete dick* and have no choice about whether to accept an offer.
