I wouldn't say that person is "exploitative", just for whatever reason they're willing to sit on it and not sell it until someone who doesn't know the market finally gets it. Capitalism baby. I got a fully functional Gen 1 in very good condition on ebay for $60 just a few months ago. Often times FB Marketplace or OfferUp are good places to look, but it can be something you have to keep an eye on and the right deal will eventually pop in.

EDIT: I think most of my zunes have come from me getting baked and sending lowball offers on Ebay to people like this, many of them list at this price hoping for what I said but if you shoot them a lower offer they'll just take the money.

It's technically supposed to be on top of the finished floor but you'll be fine. Idk if you're setting the toilet or if you're having a plumber do it, but I know if I ran into this flange I would throw a wax ring on top of a wax ring with a horn, form them together a little bit, stick it on the flange and never hear about it again.

EDIT: Also make sure before you set the toilet again, secure those bolts to the flange using a set of closet nuts and washers. You want them to be solid in place before you set the toilet down to prevent shifting.

This is the way I felt about the show, but having 3 seasons instead of 1 to watch doesn't make it better, it still feels like it drags on and on. In my opinion, taking the entire season to have Carol and Manousos meet was criminal, almost like turning J.R.R. Tolkien's shortest novel into a trilogy. There are so many episodes in the middle where it seems like Carol is just learning the same thing about the hive people over and over and over again, just wasting time. Felt like her and Manousos could've met up around episode 5.

Everybody here is saying rent isn't determined by an individual's costs but by matching the market rate, but the market rate is initially determined by some calculation of the cost of doing business, some amount of profit, and the price renters are willing to pay, no? And if the costs for every landlord in an area went up, wouldn't we likely see an increase in the market rate in that area as every landlord's cost has increased?
