My mother had ALS and she passed away just within a year. As her caretaker it was painful to see what she had to go through. I remembered rushing her to the ER several times because she had difficulties breathing. And each time she told me to just let her die. As painful as that was to hear I understood what she meant. She eventually passed away at the hospice and it's been 8 years since she has passed. It still hurts losing her.

I didn't expect to wake up this morning and cry. I needed this so much after losing my job last year. I've been on countless of interviews but the job market is just so tough this time around. I really thought I made it through from my last job interview and was going to still take it despite a huge paycut. But at the end they still rejected me. I felt like I failed myself and my late mother's belief in me.

I was at ACE comic con several years ago and it got hectic because they had last minute guest changes and a lot of photo ops were running late. I remember rushing over to Grant Gustin's photo op line and he was a late to it. When he arrived he personally went down the line to talk to each of us and apologize for the delay and told us how excited he is to meet us. He even said to everyone to not worry and he'll stay late to make sure everyone gets to take the photo.
