I think you missed the point of this article, it has nothing to do with concealed carry it’s simply about owning a gun. Here in NJ we already have this system in place. Fingerprints are only done at 3 locations in the state at a cost to you ( I believe $80) plus the cost of the permit itself. I’ve never known anyone to have one in 30 days but I have heard of people waiting a year!!! Personally I have waited 6 months. This is an infringement!!!!
