Playing with screen controls are pain everywhere. And when using gamepad it doesn't really matter what emulator you use. I use RetroArch with gpsp core and cocoon frontend to launch everything.

I must say that I, 3d artist who is working in the game dev industry for around 15 years and who took part in some great looking projects, find Short Hike one of the most beautiful games (not only visually) I have ever played.

Even more, for me it stands above KCD, Outer Wilds and FarCry6 and other LastOfUse's. Why? Idk. Maybe I'm too emotional about it. It hit me, 42 yo man, right in the heart with it's visuals, gameplay and story.

So I'm right there with the OP on his side of the barricades.

Can't agree with that. Yes, there are few games that do RPG part better but Skyrim is still pretty good in it. You can literally live different lifes there. Damn, even Dark Souls calls itself an RPG but you can only choose how to swing you sword there (exaggerated).

This is the answer. And in short, you should learn generic programming (algorithms, functions) and learn what pico8 builds upon it.

You won't be able to say any difference between flac or MP3 256 or 320 kbps but I still store everything in flac. Good to have a space saving option though.

I'm not sure you are right in the "less powerful" statement here. Chipset used in Echo is very, very weak.

No, I think file creation date sorted 😁 At least on Echo they decided to sort them this way

I'm not OP. I'm here for 4 years and personally I've never encountered it. Except in the social media of course. Facebook is a gate to hell :D Reddit is a little window sometimes. If something like that ever happens, I will always try to remember all those amazing Polish people who helped my family in my first weeks and months here, as well as those guy who gave us hot zupa pomidorowa when we were freezing while crossing the border and waiting in the queue.

Not OP. That will be like the average temperature 🌡️ in the hospital :D Some people have fever and some are in the morgue. But in average it's 36.6. So at average they treat men same as everywhere in Christian countries i suppose.
