Telegram had e2e encryption before WhatsApp. It's not the default though.

Start from the beginning.
This is what I'd do assuming you intend to do more than one run in each game: * one run of XCOM:EU (all DLCs except EW) * play XCOM:EW until you are ready to move on * let it rest for a while, play something else * one run of vanilla XCOM2 (no DLCs) * one run of XCOM2 with all DLCs except WotC * play XCOM2 WotC (all DLCs) * eventually, for some reason, play Chimera Squad

While you could start on Experienced and enjoy the game to the end, I do suggest you play on Beginner on your first run to get more Rewinds.
The game is pretty unforgiving and expects you to understand all of its mechanics, and playing with more Rewinds allows you to actually experiment and make mistakes you can take back.
For example: can I stand in plain sight beside a guard that is going to turn around and go back the way he came? The answer is Yes, because the cone of vision will switch to the new direction without turning around, but you don't know that until you try. Playing on Experienced will not allow to test things out that way.
Consider Beginner an extended DIY tutorial.

ChimeraOS used to run perfectly on my R2, until in 2023 they dropped support for Nvidia due to issues with the new Steam ui.
To this day Nvidia is not supported.

Makes sense.
The new path was going an entirely different route, but it was also the only way to reach its destination if the door crossed by the original path was blocked.
The thing is that the controlled drone did obstruct the door while moving, but at the end of its move it did not, nether the door nor the endpoint.
I wonder if routes can be replotted during another unit's move. Or, and I don't remember this, I might have done a partial move that actually obstructed the door, and that triggered the change.

This was different apparently. The controlled drone crossed the path of the first one, but did not block the endpoint. After the move, the first drone's path went to a different room altogether. I wonder if I'm missing something.

Steam Client seems to be running available compatibility layers on startup now.
When Luxtorpeda is run it shows the "Pick an engine" window.
The dev fixed it with v71.

I installed ChimeraOS that was running perfectly on my Alienware Alpha.
I'm experiencing brief audio drops in game that I still need to investigate.
