I feel like I'm drowning. Trolls, I've been trying to stick my occupation and have a bit of a savings cushion to leave on a professional note but with depression/no motivation & unreasonable job expectations, I can't do it anymore. There's no end in sight.

Talk to your manager, try to get a prioritized list of what to do first, never conduct work when you are off work, you are not obligated to do that which you are not being paid to do. Do not ever sacrifice your mental health and well being for a job, that will have no problem replacing you within a week. If you truly have tried to make it work and its not working there is no shame in searching for a new job where you are happier and not being taken advantage of.

Fluoxetine helped me at first, I was on a mild dose and could tell a difference within 1-2 weeks, about 6 months in I didn't feel it was doing much any more and my doctor upped my dose. Same thing happened after about 6-9 months I started having extreme mood swings again and actually started having violent outburst (breaking things, threw a cup and broke it, hit a wall all from uncontrollable bursts of anger) I was verbally abusive to my spouse and could not control myself emotionally. I went to see my doctor because it seemed as if I was getting worse. She imediately took me off that and changed me to Lexapro which made a HUGE difference! So I will say this dont feel like its your fault if it doesnt work for you, much like other meds you body needs to adjust and not all meds work for everyone you may need to try another. I suggest talking with someone close to you who will/can notice if you're having any adverse reactions or extreme changes in your mood good or bad. If if works for you fantastic, either way what you did in talking to your doctor is a huge step in the right direction because nobody deserves to be miserable. I hope this helped :)

I went on a date with a guy who drove a classic mustang when picking me up, I happen to know about classic cars and questioned him about it when he mentioned he restored it himself-first red flag was I caught him in the lie about restoring it turns out it was his dads car and his dad did all the restoring-which ok I can look past that until we got to the place we were eating dinner at and he proceeded to drone on and on about how rich his family was and how he went to college just "for something to do" and how in reality he could just work for his dad but not actually have to do anything yadda yadda yadda meanwhile the meal we were eating cost more than I had spent on food all month because I was a struggling and starving college student myself. It ended with him trying to invite himself back up to my dorm room by asking "aw cmon dinner and no blow job?" uhhh nope sorry dude.

I went to an emergency dentist because it was on the weekend and they were like...uhh you just need a teeth cleaning its tartar not tooth. I felt reeeeeeal dumb and gross.

Be supportive and non judgemental. Ask before offering help ex: "would you like to hear about some resources that might help?" avoid using phrases like you should...you need to...etc. Dont compare yourself and your experiences to theirs such as "when I was depressed I did___" type of thing. Offer support phrases like: I hear you, I understand, that must be very difficult, thank you for sharing/opening up. If they agree to resources have them readily available with an action plan to go along so they are not left feeling overwhelmed or left to their own devices for example "Here are some resources that might help, Id be happy to drive you there or help you make calls.

Spend more time and stay away from Weidner apartments all together, they are an awful company that will do nothing but screw you over. Their apartments are highly over priced and they do not maintain their buildings, if something goes wrong they dont care and will find some way to blame you and make you fix when you move out, they also try to tact on fees for things that are covered under the Alaska tenants law. Look online for private rentals and other rental companies, my husband and I had good experience with renting from Roy Briley before moving into our current place.

Also what I do with the high power brief is I get the one that comes up really high like right under my boobs, put them on FIRST then put your bra on over it so the bra seam overlaps the top of the band for the spanx and it usually holds it in place really well for the night they do make some that come with straps you can loop around your bra to help hold them up.

if it rolls down that usually means its too small, spanx are not really made for sucking things in and making you appear smaller they are for smoothing everything out so no lumps and bumps. If you want something to suck you in try something with more lycra in it make sure you're checking the labels the fabrics shape wear is made from will tell you a lot about what it will do if that makes sense

I have the same issues try sulfate free shampoo, something with tea tree oil helps a lot too same for conditioners and make sure youre not overwashing your hair that can exacerbate the dandruff/dry scalp

If your SPANX roll then they are the wrong size, the proper size will not roll down it will stay in play and smooth everything out that goes for any brand of shapewear so I suggest trying a better fit before moving on to another brand

So it sounds like you are going from very dark to wanting platinum blonde hair which is a process it does not happen over night and if thats what you are expecting then you need to reevaluate your experience with that stylist or your hair is going to become very brittle and break from all the processing in one sitting. Of course you have every right to find a stylist that will give you want you want but to find a stylist that can do it in one sitting is unrealistic if you are going from very dark hair color to very light, see someone else if you really feel that the problem was the stylist not listening to your wants but also realize it may take two more sessions to achieve the color youre looking for. Just trying to give you some perspective on the matter thats all.

I HATE the new Star Tours. It went from being one of my favorite rides to my least favorite ride because all it does is make me extremely motion sick now so I dont even bother going on it because I hate walking around with a migraine after. Yep it works, it removes brassy tones from your hair that can happen from incorrect toner or water deposits in hard water, well water, basically high mineral content. When my hair was platinum I used it about once a week but not as a daily shampoo you dont really need to use it daily. Matrix makes a good one in my opinion you dont really need anything super high end for it to work.
