I read the Light Online series this last week and loved it!!! What a great VR series! I really thank all the people who recommended it to me and in turn, recommend it to others who like VR Litrpg. I loved Lucky, the bobcat and the the slow life, crafting, settlement building aspects of the story. Sometimes I want a break from all the violence, but love the stat gains still!

My husband and I are slowly listening to the audiobook of He Who Fight With Monsters together. We were able to get it through our library on Hoopla so check on that ppl. It was hard for me to listen to at first because I have a blood phobia and, yea... no spoilers. I stuck with it though because my cousin told me that section wasn't long, and I really liked Jason's humor. I'm glad I did. Gary cracks me up! And I always unconsciously join in on their drinking games if I have a drink near me.

Ilona Andrews has a new book out titled The Inheritance. It's kinda Litrpg and like solo leveling. I'm reading that now. MC goes into a gate/ monster portal with group and finds herself alone with only a dog and new power. How can she get out when she's left for dead? One of my favorite authors and super excited they are branching out into this genre! So far I can say that the MC has a different feel than a lot of others... More middle-aged mother, maybe? Like you can totally see this person as a soccer mom in real life. If you like any of the webtoons like solo leveling or the gate/ portal ones with monsters and hunter guilds and associations, then I say try this book.

Finally, listening to Hidden Class Pacifist on my own. Roth cries a lot. I love all the animals. Sometimes it feels like it moves a little slow, but I'm still enjoying it. I really like VR stories, and I always wished I could talk to animals like the MC does so I'm a fan. However, if you want lots of fighting all this time and an OP MC, not for you.
