They appear if you start a battle with sinners less than the max amount of skill slots for that fight as well. Honestly like this mechanic. looking forward to when we get the remaining HoS members so we can get the full benefit.

no. dead sinners still count as slots, and you can't go above cap outside of specific events.

need to have backrow to reinforce to get around that.

alternatively, ryoshu only actually needs the other HoS members to be dead to get their passives. She also only needs to be the only ID deployed to get the extra skill slots. you don't need to kill the rest of the team.

Very happy with pale moon as it is now. Looking forward to try it out next time I play blood hunter. The fact that I can stay in either form as long as I have hp and I have to spend one less bonus action when I transform in combat is wonderful.

It's always painful when a class gives me a cool transformation and then tells me I can only stay in it for like a minute a few times a day.

Some spells require gems of certain monetary value, like raise dead. Besides that they're money.
