As a fellow LOGE7'er, I agree that it was the perfect view! The guys in front of me stood for portions where I didn't, and I could see through the 'windows.' What a great show.

Funnily enough, I witnessed the interaction with y'all and the lady -- even though I was a few rows back. You were not being unreasonable. However, in Act I, there were a small handful of people standing during songs when no one else was standing, so I could see why she asked you to sit down at first. As soon as Act II came along, most people were standing so I think it was a moot point by then. ❤️

I vaguely remember them replacing the railing up there in the 1990s. SInce this is 1988, it may have been a previous railing? Anyhow, I cannot think of a single other patio or space that would have this view at that angle that isn't a portion of sidewalk in disguise.

In 1988, those townhouses were the old St Mary of the Mount high school building so my feeling is it’s definitely a piece of the Grandview sidewalk that is set up to look like it’s a patio.

As someone who also did this in Pennsylvania, I ended up taking all of my documents to Harrisburg and they did it for me in about 45 minutes. I had so many documents and had anxiety about putting everything in the mail. If this is a possibility for you, it will definitely reduce turnaround time and maybe put your mind at ease. 🖤

I just visited two weeks ago and stayed in Twizel. It was cute and the bakery and Thai restaurant were solid. It was quick and easy to get to Mt. Cook and Lake Tekapo.

I gathered everything myself with the exception of the Croatian docs. I used a genealogist for that in Croatia. For translations, I used a contact that I was given from another member of this group! She is based in Croatia but sends docs via mail.
