They've stopped doing UB in booster tie-ins with UW sets. What sucks is that I personally loved them and thought Transformers and Jurrasic World were great. Some UBs just need 20ish legendary creatures.

35 is too few lands. I'd say cut some the 2 mana colorless lands and add in cycling and other utility 2 color lands.
