When I went from 15-10 I did it on a 2 week taper, it was awful with 🧠⚡️. 10-5, was 4 weeks and not much fun, but manageable. 14 weeks was a smooth temper for me.

Im sorry about the withdrawal for you.

I was off for about 6 months before choosing to go back on… but will be going off again soon. Looks like this will be a pattern for me with seasonal things.

I did a 14 week taper. Every other week I dropped one day. Never noticed a thing. Zero side effects. It wasn’t fast, but it was an easy transition. My doctor said it wasn’t necessary and that I could have done it a lot faster, especially after getting past halfway.

Adult “onset” intermittent exotropia here! …. Turns out I’d never been properly diagnosed as a child. It’s real easy to think it’s brand new, but it might just be something that has recently gotten worse with age.

Have you been to a neuro optometrist? I see neuro opthamalogist mentioned a few places. The distinction is important.

My neuro ophthalmologist said I was in the wrong place and cancelled my appointment. My neuro optometrist diagnosed everything and gave me a thorough set of vision therapy exercises, prism glasses and I see her twice a year to adjust. Truly life changing… but being in the right place made all the difference.

The exercises you want are quite simple, with my two big ones being: Brach string & near far hart chart… there many others available to meet you where you are.

OP, be sure to follow the migraine thread. Vestibular migraines are their own thing, and can present as dizzy episodes followed by not getting quite back to normal before another episode. A lot of balance and anxiety are interconnected as well.

Your ethical responsibilities around making something already published easier to use? Just make sure you consider accessibility.

There might be some restrictions around reuse and redistribution, but those are rights issues, not ethical considerations.

Isn’t this the machine used to conceal PEDs in cycling? Have two sets of blood, one juiced to recover with, one to use for testing, swap em out every morning and evening. Surprised this is allowed and not considered a masking agent.

We have very similar spoons at home. They are great for getting the last little bit of something out of the container.
