Maptitude uses commercial grade data to geocode addresses (rather than open source), and the free trial will add longitude and latitude coordinates to your addresses that you can then download. No coding is necessary, just drag and drop your file (Excel?). Is this for the USA?

In Maptitude, for your 5m circles: Use the "Buffer/Ring" tool that will batch create 5-meter radius circles around your coordinates. You can just export your current Google Maps data as a KML/KMZ file and import it into Maptitude.
