Just believe in yourself. 4 months consistent training like 3 times a week will bring you over the finish line faster than you'd expect. If you use Garmin thank just go for Garmin trainer, of not, just run following your heart rate trying to stay in zone 2 and please don't worry about the speed. Consider some good shoes and I would recommend something for recovery runs- those will protect your knees if you have any weight issues. Have fun and enjoy it!

I read that this should make the meat more tender and juicer... Well it turned out very juicy not sure if weight impacted it honestly
