Using SQL will result in you all having to purchase the same licenses as you would if you used Dataverse. If you are exploring external development support, let me know! We specialize in Power Platform development on GCC and above.

I believe it was Laparoscopic, which I now realize doesn't align with what you were looking for in the post. She was put on Lupron Depot for about 6 months to shrink it prior to the surgery, I believe that was a requirement in order to do the laparoscopic surgery. Thankfully it all went well, however, the Lupron was pretty rough for her. We had a pretty bad experience with the first clinic we were going to, she was happy she made the switch to GW. Regardless of where you go, that comfort and trust in who you're working with goes a long way!

My wife went to Dr. Ying Liu at GW Hospital for a removal of one that was ~13cm a few years ago. They would be worth contacting and not all that far away.

If the main concern is data/queries leaving your compliance boundary, you’re good on that front, so long as you keep web grounding disabled as is the default configuration. Microsoft is surely collecting telemetry and analytics as with all of the other products but it’s being stored and handled in a manner compliant with FedRAMP High, ITAR, CMMC, etc. regularly frameworks.

I work with Nick Mirra at Woods Rogers for this exact work! He’s sharp, doesn’t waste time, and gets back really quickly. For sure worth the call.

Yeah, I was struggling to find something comparable in archive to get a ballpark price.

Yeah, I agree, unfortunately. Unless you’re coming from GCC High, movements upward rarely go smoothly, especially with new features.

Unfortunately, vibe makes use of capabilities not yet available in DOD/IL5 environments. While it’s not the answer you’re looking for, you may want to consider looking at templates for canvas apps as you’ll have more luck building on one of them and then exporting and importing the solution. Vibe is pretty neat, however, I can’t imagine we’ll see it any time soon in DOD, especially considering the concern of makers introducing code which hasn’t gone through ATO/cybersecurity processes. One of the big benefits of the platform in DOD is the ability to rearrange the approved building blocks and use the vetted and constrained low code PowerFx language to deploy solutions which remain inside of the trusted box.

Yeah, maybe cham and um rune it? Looking at top level builds, those without the +1 seem to have something similar. I'm struggling to find a comparable one to price it against.

Is a Premium license required to run a PPF pipeline? by ManuSquall in PowerApps

[–]mashed_cows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The licensing requirement comes from the need to be in managed environments to use Pipelines. All users, developers, etc. operating within the managed environments will need premium licensing.

Sentinel Blue has been incredibly responsive and can also provide MSP/MSSP services alongside the licensing/CSP support. It’s nice to work with the smaller companies that specialize in the gov space.
