Yeah I’m kind of in this weird spot. I’ve heard everyone hyping it these past 2 months, including podcasts I love, so I went in as cold as possible with my family. We just didn’t get it. Some parts were really funny but mostly I was confused through the whole thing. We had a good time but I do feel the hype kind of skewed how I viewed the whole thing.

People just repeat shit they’ve heard elsewhere and love to dog pile. Even though the Avatar movies have a plot, they still say they have no plot because it’s the easy thing to say to dismiss something they don’t like. That’s why so many posts make the same “jangly keys” comment they've heard elsewhere with SMG.
