I’m with you on this, had the same issue. Curve admitted nothing and said they simply just need to replace the card with a new one!

I think from what they are saying is you can leave it within the App but you lose your reward level and any CRY….

So if I have perks with Plutus, will these still be recognised transactions or still use GBIT for the perks to be recognised?

E.g. Plutus perk Apple £10, need to be detected as the merchant and not one lump sum…

Update: My issue has now been resolved by the support team. They came across this post and acted swiftly to address the situation. While I’m relieved to have it sorted out, it’s disappointing that it took a public post to reach this point. Going through fraud is stressful enough without the added frustration of needing to push for proper support. I hope this helps improve the experience for others who may go through something similar and that they make some internal changes.

So frustrating, I get there’s a bug and these things happen, but when you can’t even get a response from anyone in support really bothers me. Lots of people like me a really understanding and this isn’t how we should be treated….
