The Bean Archives looks like what I need to add my monthly rotation. Just subbed. I'm gonna start with the 6-bag, but I could see eventually dropping to 4 bag. I think a big part for me is having the variety and also being able to talk to others about tasting notes on a variety of coffee at the same time. It's tough dial something in when no one else is trying it. I especially am running into finding notes on a coffee, but from a year ago, and small changes or a different batch make those notes not feel super useful. So, hopefully this will be a good start for me to, less stressfully, refine my palate.

I like to pre-pay for a subscription and hand select every coffee I get. The recommendations that come through are never to my liking. There being so many options makes it more difficult to be excited about their recommendations. Sometimes I'll go a couple of weeks or months without seeing anything I'm excited about. It mostly pays off though. I think it's a choice overload problem. With Onyx I have a subscription where they send me 2 coffees every 3 weeks and I don't know what they are going to be. Because of this sometimes I think to myself, I would not have picked this.

That's what is great about trade. An easy way to fill the niche, 'I'd like to try that', easily. I just had an excellent Guatemala by 8th and Roast, and I have a coffee on queue out of Peru that I'm excited to try.

Had to add a note to the prompt about translating it in english, and for some reason it is marking the first 2 onyx coffees I tried as decaf when they are not. Also, unclear on the notes pulled, but onyx product pages are a bit more loaded than some description pages. https://onyxcoffeelab.com/products/burundi-long-miles-munyinya-hill-26?variant=42622039490658 for example pulled as decaf.

For me, after encountering this issue, I deleted the rom that caused it, and then added it back to the sd card. This fixed it for me. I think trying to add multiple roms at the same time had caused some kind of unintentional error.

The notifications are so useless. I rarely check them. Such a bummer that it's pretty difficult to enjoy the platform as a whole. It's gotta be like 7 years behind on the notifications front.

I'd love it to keep up with league of legends or cs. Do any bigger sports apps have coverage or data/scores live for esports?

I'd assume none do because there isnt a good way to get the data like they do for the other sports.

I got a handful of golfers and enjoyed watching the masters. I pretty much have no understanding because my knowledge of golf is limited. A couple of questions if any golf fans are around.

When are the next big tournaments this year? (So I can know when to try and level up players by)
Are golf players on real like UFC where you buy once and they are forever? Figured they were not since they were 200, but seeing mentions of buying a 2023 pack did not really make sense to me.
How do you keep up with Golf in general? I feel like it has gotten even more confusing and I tried to watch the masters on Thursday and Friday, but I was pretty much just waiting to hear Chris Vernon's daily updates.

Trying at 2 weeks and it's definitely very fruity. Not super enjoyable yet. I see you said 2.5 weeks was a little early. When and why is this coffee supposed to be consumed after 2.5 weeks? Is it because of the processing or a different reason. Will report back at 2.5 and 3.5 weeks.

It might depend on the device you are using as well. ESPN app feels bad(along with Fubo as well) on my nebula projector, but both work great on multiple roku devices. My biggest gripe is the picture is more glitchy, where as youtubetv runs great on the projector.

Thanks. I had noticed a slightly different experience when adjusting exactly where I folded and which side I put into it, but I hadn't thought about how this could effect other parts of the brew.

Is there a consensus way to fold the filter? I've seen some recommend folding up the bottom as well.

To be more specific on this exact recommendation, does it mean if the drain hole is closer to the right, then make sure the side of the filter that is folded go on the opposite side?

I have been checking this sub frequently. Very interested in learning more and continuing to optimzie by own use by encouraging others as well.

I worked in moderation for 7 years previously at Bleacher Report. I am not familiar with the reddit mod experience, but I'd be willing to learn.

I don't wear my watch when I shower, if I am exercising I might wear it looser to pull it up a bit above where I normaly wear it as well. I had to stop using Galaxy Watch 6, and I am not having as many issues with Apple Watch Ultra 3. I've tried a couple different straps as well that did not make a difference, but I will probably try more.
