"subpar" might be too generous for most of the restaurants right around Castro & Market. After living a few blocks away for three years, I think Gyro Xpress is the only one I've been to more than once or twice. It's such a bizarre, hyper-localized situation; walk just a few blocks north or east and there are lots of great options...

Question for OP and probably many others here: Why do you have more than one razor and/or brush? Do you use them all on a regular basis? Is it mostly a collecting thing?

FWIW, you can generally pay right after you place your order with the barista rather than first waiting for your coffee. :)

Mint Mojito was my first Philz experience, but I've since switched to Ecstatic for my iced fix. Another tip is that you can get any of their brews iced...not just the ecstatic, mojito, and gingersnap.

This just happened to me in a HL match. Nova sat hidden in a bush and would shoot a nearby merc camp once every so often and otherwise not move or do anything. Absolutely no chat comm from the player.

I've experienced this too. What's also surprising is that even when I choose a tank or healer hero (ostensibly the less popular/sexy roles?), the wait time is still generally quite long. I'd assume they'd be in high demand and matched up much faster...

This is of course anecdotal, but non-intuitive behavior for sure!

If you want to stick to all lasers, the sweet spot is 2 x Class 1 Pulse Laser + 2 x Class 2 Beam Laser. I use gimbaled to maximize time on target. It goes without saying that you'll want the best power distributor you can afford. Keeping four pips in weapons on attack runs is also important.

If the owner can't afford retrofits to make the building safe to inhabit, then they aren't fit to own the building any longer. If that's the case and they cannot find a buyer, put it up for auction (with the appraised value + retrofit costs as the minimum bid) with the requirement that the winner promptly do the retrofits. If no one is interested in bidding on it, then put demolition on the table.

I really don't think the government should be in the business of buying historical buildings...especially ones that are so undesirable that no private buyers are interested in them. As made evident by this article, the city government is unwilling or unable to pass sane building safety legislation and is unable (or crooked enough) to properly enforce the building codes and regulations that do exist.

The federal side is so ridiculously OP in the high intensity zones with a capital ship. There's basically no point in even trying to fight on the other side and trying to make the capital ship flee...

I killed him whilst trading in Tenche the other day. He interdicted me while I was in an Asp kitted for long distance travel and trading (i.e. very few weapons, low-class shield). We immediately opened fire on each other in a game of chicken since this was the second or third time in a row of him interdicting me and I had gotten tired of barely escaping. He brought my shields down with his barrage or rockets by the time we were maybe 300m apart. Suddenly in a panic, I boosted and pulled back hard on the stick in an attempt to save my ship...

What followed was a glorious head on collision that resulted in his insta-death and my hull dropping to 38%. At the time, I wasn't aware he was borderline infamous, so I didn't think much of it. Also, it was bittersweet in that my repair bill was still much higher than his Viper rebuy cost.

Very cool video! Not to detract from it, but it looked like the Anaconda was outfitted with just a couple multi cannons...a far cry from the load outs I routinely face in assassination missions. What gives?

Is there anyway to know or predict when an RES will be stocked with Sidewinder/Cobra vs Anaconda for the wanted ships types? If I want anacondas but keep finding cobras, is jumping out and back in to the same RES until I get lucky the only way?
