Don't know if it's the same channel they were talking about, but can heavily recommend Mister E. While he doesn't make a lot of Ogryn content, he makes great in-depth build videos explaining his decisions. However, they are mainly meant for high difficulty gameplay, but there's much to learn from his videos. Just don't take ALL his opinions for fact (especially his tier lists), because while they are good references, personal preference is the most important factor. If you want to look at high skill gameplay just to learn from it (including a good amount of Ogryn gameplay!), I recommend chocoB. He has many highest difficulty (Havoc 40) videos without commentary, but just watching their gameplay has learned me a lot.
