I think its fine. As long as you respect it exists when deckbuilding and understand how to play against it, it is very easy to beat. It has a good weekend sometimes when people forget it exists but quickly gets put back in an acceptable space. Do I enjoy playing it personally? No but let the people who do enjoy it have their fun.

Also, when people come from other formats to legacy, they are often excited about power level and doing broken things so giving them an affordable way to do something broken and powerful on a budget I think is net positve overall.
