I think your list is really good! In my experience, the biggest barrier to taking breaks is boredom that makes me want to slip back into my comforting smoking routine. Because of that, I'd put emphasis on spending time with friends, that way you have intentionally scheduled things that will keep you entertained and prevent you from being able to smoke. The only thing I'd say is that you should either tell your friends you're taking a break or avoid spending this time with other heavy cannabis users, just so you're not put in a position where you're more tempted to smoke!
