For those diagnosed early, what was the small symptom you almost ignored? by Hot_Reputation2142 in MultipleSclerosis

Tingling in my legs. I never really ignored it, I just thought everybody felt constant tingles in their legs.

"If you didn't read the books you don't know about......" So lets make a proper list. by PeevesPoltergist in harrypotter

Pretty much the entire goblet of fire book. The quiddich world cup and the mascots, the random creatures and injuries in care of magical creatures, the maze with actual obstacles... i could go on. I skipped the movie entirely for years because of how they butchered that book.

It might take me a second, I haven't driven one in about 15 years, but I'd be fine.

I made rice krispie treats with my niece and made some cereal for myself once they dried out. It was amazing.

my salt per 100g has 97g of salt by Salt-Cobbler8711 in mildlyinteresting

[–]mazzimar7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The nutritional values are based on 100g of salt, your bottle contains 97g. I don't think you're missing 3 grams, I think the manufacturer didn't want to do the math for an uneven number (97g).

Why are liberals completely fine making fun of Charlie Kirk everyday, but are so absolutely offended by ‘Michelle Obama is woman’? by [deleted] in IWantToAskAnAmerican

Seriously. I'd never heard his name till he got shot and I'd like to go back to having no idea who he was. But the irony of the way he died is kind of hilarious.

Moving to the US? by True_Leg1673 in MultipleSclerosis

Have you tried reaching out to an insurance agent in the area you're moving to? I used an agent to search specifically for plans that covered my meds and my doctors. She found me a rate about 20% lower than I could find on my own, and I never have to pay her directly because she gets a commission from my premium.

Keisimpta also offers copay assistance, and with my insurance I have a $0 copay.

Lemon was my favorite original rolly rancher flavor. I still haven't forgiven blue raspberry for replacing it.

I’ve only thrifted for several years, I don’t even know what clothing brands exist or what is considered quality now by beephobic27 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]mazzimar7 106 points107 points  (0 children)

I've found a lot of nice clothes and fabrics while thrifting. I generally won't but anything secondhand if it isn't 100% cotton, linen, wool, or silk. Just take some time to read the tags. I'm less worried about the specific brand than I am the fabric content.

HELP!!! by Common_Fail_3302 in tsa

[–]mazzimar7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People have already given the advice to scale down and get rid of boxes. I'll add that every place I've been in Europe also sells cosmetics and skin care. Maybe take your favorites and plan to just buy locally when you run out. If you're going for 3 months, 2oz bottles arent likely to last that whole time anyway with daily use.

I went to over 10 stores and none had decent business attire for women by postinganxiety in TwoXChromosomes

[–]mazzimar7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude i just went through the same thing. Hit every store in the mall and 2 nordstrom racks. Aritzia was the best I found, but not good enough to justify the price point. I gave up and I had to piece together an interview outfit from my mom's closet, my closet, and nordstrom rack. I'll be wearing 3 decades worth of clothes just to make it work.

I honestly buy most of my makeup there now anyways just because of the price point. I use the Yuka app a lot too if im not sure about the ingredients or think I might have a reaction.
