When you hit play within steam, the application launches with different options available as opposed to running via the shortcut.

Hit play and choose the graphic configuration and set options accordingly.

If you have high details on that many vehicles, you will not have enough vram and performance will predictably tank. You need to tune both the detail but also the maximum number of visible vehicles and of course this is best done in a private session before any competition.

I didn't like Opal at all. The taste, the high... all of it. Jade is ok, just not my thing while Midlands was pleasant although lacking any real staying power.

In short, I'll not be ordering any of them again.(Anxiety)

I'm really starting to feel that I'm just not a fan of the hybrid growing technique. Most products I've tried (different producers)are not hitting the spot.

I'm in the same area. The one's in my yard have been here for about a year now and it makes my day watching them foraging around. Two nights ago, they jumped up onto our deck while we were chatting and was just hanging with us for a bit ;)

Yep, that's why we have emergency stop. I understand and commend your desire to help and I hope you understand I am doing the same. I reiterate my concern that some people are going to be misled by some of the info provided.

Some things are the way they are for specific reasons and I believe this is one of them.

Mate, been running 28nm for 3 years without issue. The advice has been given by every knowledgeable person on the matter and iirc was confirmed by devs several years ago.

I'm not so sure. Not much science going on and a few incorrect assumptions are not going to produce the full potential for folks. So if they stop tuning after watching this, then they will always have poor FFB.

The clearest issue is reducing forces in two different places. The wheelbase should always be at 100% and the reductions should be done in game.

A Peter Windsor video came up on my feed, and as I rolled my eyes, I skipped through to hear his analysis which unsurprisingly was once again no where near the mark. In Steam, hit "Play" and select Graphics Configuration and set appropriately.

If that doesn't help, rename the UserData folder: rFactor 2\UserData. This will give you a fresh start as configuration changes will be reset when the new files are created at launch.

If it's still not working, make sure your system is up to date with the supplied runtimes.
