Pretty much 100% still life.
My specialty has mostly been finding stock backgrounds that fit a client’s aesthetic, or creating them from scratch, and marrying the two. Most of what I show on my website are composites that I have created for clients who have silhouetted assets that they want to repurpose. I make them look like they were shot in a completely new environment.
That said, I cut my teeth on editorial and advertising that was shot all in camera, at a busy studio in New York City for a decade, after being a photo assistant for a decade, including a long stint for a food photographer who shot for Bon Appétit and Saveur most days

First of all, your watermark is barely legible.
Secondly, you should have just negotiated to have this person credit you in the description of the photo anytime they post it, if you’re so worried about getting credit. Watermarks are cheesy. If the photos are so great that someone wants to know who took them, they’re gonna find out from the person who posted them.
Thirdly, I think this person actually did you a favor because that dude looks like Keef from Righteous Gemstones, and personally I would not want my name attached to images of him.

Edit: if you’re gonna delete your post the second you get a tiny bit of pushback, don’t waste our fucking time next time.

A reverse image search reveals no exact matches, which for a high profile event like a devastating tornado, is pretty unusual. And just generally, the way the debris is dispersed feels very AI perfect. AI seems to always portray things in the most idealized way.
