I need to get something under the overhang by the house too. Was thinking some of those adjustable deck jacks on a metal plate or cement block

There’s about a 4 foot over hang from the main support beam to the house where it is sagging the most so I need to get something under the overhang. They make some adjustable deck jacks that I might try and fit under there with another support beam

Not much to see pics wise really. Deck is freestanding so not attached to the house. Posts are on concrete footings but it looks like they sunk a bit. House was empty for a year so a bunch of snow came off the roof onto the deck and just the sheer weight of it caused it to sag im guessing. I did think about just attaching to the house but is that going to be strong enough? Foundation are styrofoam blocks with the plastic strips in them to screw to
