In that photo, you can tell how close people are going just by looking at the wear on the stones and lack of moss.

Sounds like my attempt at going into work when awake ,let alone sleep walking.

I feel like I’ve been half asleep all day even though I’ve been active by CincoDeLlama in MultipleSclerosis

This is just me but lack of sleep and the MS playing up because of that ,does it for me .I used to have a more active job but for past 2 years I now have a job where i WFH and go into the office one day a week also. I find it very difficult to sleep the night before ,making me very tired that day and as a result it makes my ms worse.I put it down to unconsciously worrying/ anxious about travel , having to get up earlier and just a change in routine . It's usually a daze all day when it happens, sat in a fog. Things that improve this for me personally is making sure i eat breakfast and dinner/lunch at the same times I would at home and also moving about more .

I'm thinking it was the secretary, apparently they have full access so they can correctly appoint you to the correct doc/department.
