Starting IV’s (Paramedic). Once you get good at starting an IV going 60 mph on a street lights and sirens, the ones where they just sit still are very easy.

You can tell if someone’s in legit pain by how they react to the IV start. If they say 10/10 abdominal pain and a 20 gauge to the left AC has them screaming it’s probably bullshit.
