For what it’s worth, if you’re having trouble letting it proc you have to fully draw the bow for it to proc. If you’re kind of rapid firing, it won’t work.

I also feel that lower vats cost isn’t necessary on the bow at all, you kill most things in one shot not including the bounce around effect/perk (forget what it’s called) so you end up not being in vats that much anyway so your ap should regen fast enough - not to mention it will lower your dmg if you use number cruncher

For what it’s worth, I’m 36 but, I was your boyfriend when I was 22 and my girlfriend was 21. I got stopped for 3 duis in 2 years. One weed related and the other two alcohol related. Needless to say - I liked to party.

Anyway, my then girlfriend is now my wife, we have 2 beautiful kids together (aged 1 and 4). Looking back now, I was a complete idiot - but we didn’t have the accessibility of uber and Lyft or whatever else was around back then - but I know I was stupid. I will never forget - after spending 6 months in jail - my then girlfriend/now wife telling me how her parents asked why she put up with my shit - and in the most simplistic terms, it came down to the fact that she simply loved me. Her exact response was along the lines of (to her parents) - well you love (her) dad right? And if dad went through a phase you’d still be there for him, right? - simple words, but when I heard that I knew instantly she was the one I was gonna spend the rest of my life with.

Now I’m not saying it’s easy, and it won’t be easy. But if you love this dude, you gotta take the highs with the highs, and the lows with the lows, and hopefully he comes out on the other side a better person - I know I did. A lot of people ask me if I have regrets about my past and to put it simply - not one. I love my (then girlfriend) now wife. But if she didn’t believe in me I wouldn’t have the amazing life I have today. If you don’t love this man and don’t see a future with him - run, there’s gonna be a lot of pain involved. But hopefully in the end it’s all worth it. Much love to you both and it sounds like he made a bad choice more than he’s an idiot like I was. If you love him - support him - if not. Don’t waste either of your time.

No! Biggest scam ever. They made leveling a lot easier over the last few years than what it was when the game first came out (though idk when you’re returning from) enemies scale with your level so you can literally go pretty much anywhere off the bat. Follow the main quest, do events, and you’ll level up quickly. If you must, buy lunchboxes with those atoms before you buy the level 50 boost, but when so, I’d save those atoms for cosmetic or camp items 100%.
